The Wright’s Bikes strongly recommends the use of protective equipment. Protective equipment is included in the price of all rentals

Wright’s Bikes shall attempt to maintain all equipment in good working order. The renter acknowledges his/her

duty to inspect the equipment and to immediately advise Wright’s Bikes of any defects. The renter,for

himself/herself, heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, release discharges from liability Wright’s Bikes and it’s respective servants, agents, and officers from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action of any sort, for injury sustained to the renter’s person and/or property while using any equipment rented from

Wright’s Bikes.

The renter certifies that he/she is an adult or if under the age of sixteen (16) years, the renter represents and certifies that he/she has permission of parent/guardian to participate in the activity for which Wright’s Bikes rents

equipment and parent/guardian has full knowledge thereof. The renter agrees to return the equipment in the same condition received and to pay for any damage to or loss of the equipment.

All bikes for use on trail only.

All equipment must be returned before posted store closing.

Warning: The Renter understands and acknowledges the risk involved with bicycling. The renter assumes these risks, and cannot make any claim against Wright’s Bikes or any person, or other Company associated with Wright’s Bikes

The Renter also understands and acknowledges that the use of protective equipment does not preclude injury.
